Alexis Aubin

Alexis Aubin is a documentary photographer from Montreal, Canada now based in Bogota, Colombia and represented by Hans Lucas. He discovered photography as a visual language during an internship in Mexico in 2006, while documenting Capulalpam de Mendez people for Canada World Youth. Back home, he studied commercial photography at Marsan college. Since then, Alexis has worked for various NGOs and newspapers. His work aims to explore the impact of systematic pressure and conflicts on civilians.
