Christopher Mavric shows in his street portraits the casual bordercrossers of everyday life - When it comes to their weakness for leopard skins. What was formerly an attribute of warriors, princes and movie stars and what was later ironically countered in pop culture, is now compressed in the series "Leopard City" to irritating snapshots of a rare species. This is for a book project that just started and which is still "work in progress". There are around 30 rolls of yet unprocessed 120-film and still more pictures to be taken.
