Valérie Gondran trained first as an architect. She lives and works in Grenoble (France), where she is a photographer. She learned of photography with Arno Rafael Minkkinen and Bernard Plossu. She works about daily decors, modified with simples items, by exacerbating the scene’s narrative potential. Some humans « fingerprints », around the cities and around the world. Her prints are small formats, miniatures. People who looks her photographs are forced to be close, and to be in the picture’s intimacy. They can imagine their own stories.
