Cuba has always been in a way a part of my life and a dream destination. It happened so that I finally got there only now just in time to witness the uniqueness of this Caribbean island. Barack Obama was about to land in Cuba while I was taking my last shots in Havana before flying back home. Enormous transformation is anticipated on the island which hopefully will make life much better but won’t destroy that very special Cuban character, the unique soul of the country. This series as always comes from the streets and includes mostly candid shots along with some special street portraits and is dedicated to the beautiful people of Cuba.
